Services are subject to availability. We strive to accommodate all requests, but in high-demand periods, availability cannot be guaranteed.

2.2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payments.
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the service date.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Ensure that all items are ready for removal on the scheduled date.

  • Inform Toms Removals of any special requirements or fragile items that need extra care.

6. Liability and Insurance

While Toms Removals takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, unforeseen incidents may occur.

6.1. Insurance Coverage

We carry comprehensive insurance to cover potential damages during the removal process. Clients are encouraged to discuss additional insurance options if they require enhanced coverage for valuable items.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the items being moved and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

7. Property Access

Clients must ensure that Toms Removals has clear and safe access to both the origin and destination locations. This includes:

  • Providing necessary keys, codes, or permissions for secured premises.
  • Ensuring that parking areas are available for our vehicles.

8. Damages and Claims

In the unlikely event of damage occurring during the removal process:

  • Claims must be filed within 14 days of the service completion.

9. Force Majeure

Toms Removals is not liable for any delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or governmental restrictions.

10. Governing Law
